Details:

Seamless, double-broadcast epoxy quartz system installed over 50 year warranty OSB tongue and groove subfloor.

Challenges:

Need of a seamless flooring system without incurring the cost of wood underlayment and costly heat welded sheet vinyl. Requirement of a seamless flooring system that could install directly onto OSB wood subfloor with ease of maintenance and high water resistance.

Solution:

Application of our flexible epoxy system for substrate repair, quartz broadcast epoxy base coat, and top coat. Custom quartz colors were blended to match existing color tones of the ceramic tile. As always, a double quartz broadcast was used to add strength and uniformity in appearance.
